Jack is the upfront person who handles the contract and the design. He will take you to all the vendors as you are making your decisions. Tim handles the actual building of the home. They are wonderful to work with. We live in Ct and would visit maybe every six weeks. This allowed us to see the progress and to make the needed decisions along the way. Jack was right on as to the allowances so no costly surprises with overages. Our house was on budget as we too told Jack that we did not want to exceed our budget. If you want to speak to either one just call their cell phones and they will answer or respond. Jack was very good with the design process and I must say that my wife did draw the first floor plans as she has some training in design. So, you can tell we had a great experience and feel the quality is great. We were working with (other builder) and after 12 months of trying to get a floorplan we liked, we moved on to the Gallimores and never looked back. From the time of our first meeting we moved into our SeaScape home 12 months later. All “punch” items were done in 30 days.”
